Phil Carrai

Phil Carrai is the President of the Network Security and Management Group for SYS Technologies, Inc, SYYS (AMEX). He has over 24 years experience in technology businesses, ranging from enterprise software and service to mobile media and internet infrastructure. Phil's experience includes serving as CEO of Ai Metrix, a Network Management software company, Special Advisor to General Atlantic, a global private equity firm, Managing Director of the Morino Group, a private equity and real estate investment organization, CEO of McCabe and Associates, a provider of enterprise testing and analysis software, and Vice President/General Manager of Legent Corporation. Phil currently serves as a board member for Santa Cruz, Corp., and Network Alliance, and previously served on the board of Internosis prior to its acquisition by EMC Corporation, and Ztango prior to its acquisition by Real Networks. Phil is a frequent speaker on the subjects of product management, sales, and marketing, and has taught on the subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels, Additionally, Phil has been an informal advisor to many emerging technology companies in the Washington D.C. metro area, He received his B.S. in information science and economics at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1983, and MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in 1989.

Thomas Detre, M.D.

Thomas Detre is professor of psychiatry and medical director for international programs and senior advisor to the president of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). He was formerly senior vice chancellor for health sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and president of UPMC. He is a member of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences and in 2003 he was appointed by the Secretary of Health to the board of regents of the National Library of Medicine for a four-year term.

John M. Kealey

John Kealey is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years in the communications and information technology industries. He is the former President and CEO of iDirect Technologies, which he joined when the company was a pre-revenue turnaround and helped grow organically to over $120 million in annual revenue and a position of global leadership in satellite routing technology when it was acquired by Singapore Technologies (ST) in November, 2005. He was selected by Via Satellite magazine as the "2004 Satellite Executive of the Year", and The Ernst and Young Washington DC Area Communications "Entrepreneur of the Year" for 2005. Earlier he was CEO and founder of TenFold Communications Inc., an enterprise software company and subsidiary of TenFold Corporation. Kealey spent much of his early career at SBC Communications, holding a number of senior positions there, including President of its wireless messaging business. He was also a senior executive at The Continuous Learning Group, a premier boutique leadership consulting firm. He founded the firm's merger and acquisition integration practice and continues to maintain a relationship with the firm. He began his career at Coopers & Lybrand and holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
